Cheryl DeHaven is a nationally recognized leader in peer recovery support, professional coaching, and systems transformation. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in training, mentoring, and integrating peer services across diverse community and clinical settings.
As the founder of WonderousWays, LLC, Cheryl has guided and supported countless peer professionals through evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), where she cultivated advanced coaching skills that deepen her ability to support personal and professional growth.
Cheryl holds multiple advanced peer training credentials, including DBHDS Peer Recovery Specialist Trainer, Peer Activated Resilience Trainer, Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery Trainer, and Integrated-Forensic Peer Specialist Trainer. Her leadership has helped shape peer support practices at local, state, and national levels. Cheryl’s engaging and dynamic approach empowers individuals to lead with resilience, authenticity, and purpose.
